It takes a small army of volunteers to run the show each year and we are always looking for for more helpers.

The schedule, when available, will be found on the Downloads page.

For a printed copy of the schedule, please send a stamped addressed envelope to:

Stamped Addressed Envelope

• The ideal envelope for 1 to 3 schedules is size C5 (162x229mm or 6.38"x9.02")
• If you want more than 3 schedules, please send a larger envelope

In view of the changes to Royal Mail postage rates, please ensure that you have put sufficient stamps on your envelope! Remember that we are a Charity Show and cannot afford to pay extra postage on every schedule sent out. I will weigh and measure the schedules when available, but it is probably safest to put a 1st or 2nd class LARGE stamp (currently 48p or 40p) for one or 2 schedules. A LARGE stamp is definitely necessary if the envelope is larger than C5 size.

• For 1 schedule in a standard C5 envelope, a normal 1st or 2nd class stamp (34p or 24p) should be sufficient, but I will have to check the thickness
• For more than 1 schedule, please increase the postage accordingly
• If you're sending a very large or very heavyweight envelope then one stamp is not sufficient
